We've made our website super easy to order your unique objects, but if you have any questions or want something a little more custom, just reach out - we'd love to help.

Trees are precious and we don't want to waste a single piece. So make sure to double check you're happy with your order before you hit go.

We'll check your order and if there are any issues we will contact you directly. If all is well, we will send you an estimated date of product completion.

If you need to amend your order, you have 24 hours. After this point we can't issue refunds due to the custom nature of the product.

Then it's all hands to the deck to make your beautiful piece. This is our absolute favourite bit; we love to see a beautiful slice of tree transform into a treasured object. We make sure to finish every piece with care.

Once we've finished crafting your piece, we wrap it carefully in fully recyclable packaging, and pop it down to our local post office.
