Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Request a return

To request a return, email returns@atlanticnest.co. If your return is accepted, instructions will be provided on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval from the atlanticnest team will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Bespoke non-returnable items

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, personalised or custom-made orders cannot be returned or refunded, unless the product arrives damaged. All orders are made according to the exact specifications provided by you during the order process. To amend your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reciept and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please contact us to report any issues or damage about your delivered item within 48 hours of delivery. No refunds will be issued until all goods have been returned back to atlanticnest.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@atlanticnest.co.
